Self Care

Self Care is vital to having the inner resources and energy to provide physical and emotional care to others. Make a plan now about how you will take care of yourself both on and off shift in the festival environment. Plan for how you will get enough:

  • Sleep
  • Food
  • Support – This could simply be checking in with a friend in camp before and after your shift or decompressing after a hard call with your station lead or supervisor. If you find yourself thinking or worrying about a call after your shift, please don’t hesitate to take care of yourself by finding someone to talk to. At RGX Medical, we take your health and safety seriously. If you ever feel you need additional support after your shift, please reach out to an RGX staff member.
  • Fun is important too 🙂
